This two-family house is built on a very narrow plot (4.5 m). Because of this, we have created a patio that allows the lighting of the rooms. This patio serves also as access to the two apartments, one of which, located upstairs, is accessed via an external staircase. This principle of spatial organization of the Mediterranean houses is also reflected in the architecture of the building, with its white volumes.
