Marina Masterplan

This concept project located in Fujairah offers an organic design that is sustainable at the same time, modern and original. Planted areas are maximized on private gardens, roofs and slopes. Two undulating greens volumes on each side of the central street housing the 140 villas in a unique type of building for the uniqueness of each home within a unit volume. The three hotels on elliptic plans have different heights, up to 20 floors, with green terraces at all levels. A yacht club is also placed at the end of the peninsula, facing the marina protected by a ring dike.
