Social Housing

This small project of 16 social housing will be built in Courtry, between the departmental road 86 and the Montfermeil street. The building is a juxtaposition of triangular prisms of different lengths, enabling the building to best fit into the suburban environment. On the south side, the generous terraces are closed to participate in energy optimization. All apartments on the ground floor have a private garden. Delivery is scheduled on October 2018.
