City Walk Development Project

Three proposals for an urban development project in Abu Dhabi on a 22,000 m2 seafront plot nearby the Abu Dhabi Mall. The project proposes several towers and commercial spaces around a marina and the extension the existing seafront promenade, creating a new urban space with pedestrian squares and streets with shops, cafes and restaurants, new meeting spaces to create a new conviviality. The built area varies according to the proposed version between 138 700 m2 and 82 200 m2.
