International town planning competition for the rehabilitation and the development of the central zone of a city in the South- West of Romania, with the aim of transforming the central section of the boulevard Charles I into pedestrian zone, with the am?nagement of several squares and the r?conversion and the modernization of the residential buildings dating from the communist period.
